Keep Updated to support external password capabilities - Upload CSV to Create/Update Datasources

A feature was added to be able to upload new and updates to existing datasources. This capability was not updated to allow customers to update external password capabilities when those features were added. Please update the 'Upload CSV to Create/Update Datasources' so customers do not have to add extra steps to configure their datasources through grdapi after uploading.
