Universal Connector for Serverless Aurora PostgreSQL

We have an environment where we believed we could use Kinesis streaming to monitor data on Aurora PostgreSQL but found out the environment is serverless and does not support Kinesis. We require a way to monitor this data and were asked to submit an RFE to have a Universal Connector created for it.
