Expose the Managed Unit groups to the APIs for managing groups/group members

The Managed Unit groups are only manageable through the GUI (Manage -> Central Management -> Managed Unit Groups). We would like to have the MU groups exposed to the group managing APIs (list_groups, list_group_members_by_desc, delete_member_from_group_by_desc, etc) so we can script collector group changes rather than having to do it manually through the GUI.
