Gim bundle clean up from the gim server

Add functionality to allow admin to cleanup obsolete bundles from gim server. may need to verify bundles e.g. stap for a particular version is NOT loaded/in-use, before deleting OR allow delete and user just needs to reupload if they want to modify that module
